プライバシーポリシー

G Factory株式会社（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供する以下のアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシーを定めます。

  1. 取得する情報

本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、連絡先、利用履歴などの個人情報を、当社に送信・収集しません。本アプリでは、アカウント登録、ログイン、広告配信、アクセス解析、トラッキング、クラウド同期を行っていません。

  1. 端末内への保存

本アプリの設定や、Gカチンコで利用者が作成した制作関連データは、利用者の端末内に保存される場合があります。これらのデータは当社のサーバーへ送信されません。

  1. 共有機能

Gカチンコでは、利用者が明示的に共有を選択した場合に限り、作成したデータを端末の共有機能を通じて第三者へ送信できます。この共有は利用者自身の操作により行われ、当社が共有内容を受け取ることはありません。

  1. 第三者提供

当社は、本アプリを通じて取得した個人情報を第三者に提供しません。本アプリには広告SDK、分析SDKその他の追跡技術を組み込んでいません。

  1. お子さまの情報

本アプリは、お子さまを含む利用者から個人情報を収集しません。

  1. 本ポリシーの変更

本アプリの機能や法令の変更に伴い、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後の内容は、このページに掲載した時点から適用されます。

Privacy Policy

G Factory K.K. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the following apps (collectively, the “Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the Apps.

  1. Information We Collect

The Apps do not collect or transmit personal information to us, including names, email addresses, location data, contacts, or usage history. The Apps do not require account registration or login, and do not use advertising, analytics, tracking, or cloud synchronization.

  1. On-device Storage

App settings and, in G Slate, user-created production-related data may be stored on the user’s device. This information is not transmitted to our servers.

  1. Sharing Feature

In G Slate, users may choose to share data they create through the device’s sharing features. Sharing occurs only when initiated by the user, and we do not receive the shared content.

  1. Third Parties

We do not provide personal information collected through the Apps to third parties. The Apps do not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or other tracking technologies.

  1. Children’s Information

The Apps do not collect personal information from children or any other users.

  1. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Apps or applicable laws. Updates take effect when posted on this page.
